Using Horlams AI

These terms apply to horlamsai.com and its image and video creation services. By using the service, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into this agreement. If you disagree, do not use the service.

Your account

Provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in details safe, and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account.

Content and acceptable use

You must have the rights and permissions needed for the text and photos you upload. Do not use Horlams AI for illegal content, sexual exploitation, harassment, fraud, deceptive impersonation, privacy violations, or infringement of another person's rights. Do not bypass credit limits or interfere with the service.

You retain your rights in your submitted content and allow us and our service providers to process it to deliver the service. Rights in AI output depend on applicable law and provider terms; we do not guarantee exclusivity, copyright protection or freedom from third-party claims. Review outputs before publishing or using them commercially. AI output can be inaccurate or inappropriate.

Credits and purchases

The price and credit amount are shown before checkout. Payments are handled by Paystack, and credits are added after payment verification. Credits are for use within Horlams AI, not cash or a transferable financial asset. Bank conversion fees may apply.

Sign up and get a 1,000-credit bonus allowance, unlocked when you buy your first credits. This allowance refreshes daily; it is not an additional one-time grant. Use up to 50 bonus credits per day, only while purchased credits remain; purchased credits cover further usage. Video creation has a 10-minute weekly limit, resetting on Monday. Video editing and merging is free for everyone. Saved edits include a "Horlams AI" watermark, which can be removed for 50 credits per saved video. Current creation prices appear in the app before generation.

Failed generation attempts are refunded in credits according to the service's failure handling. For duplicate charges, missing credits or other payment issues, email horlamsai@gmail.com with your payment reference. Refund requests are reviewed according to the circumstances and applicable consumer law; mandatory rights are not excluded.

Optional permission for showcase and adverts

Only when you explicitly give permission for an individual creation, you grant Horlams AI a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to save a separate copy, display it publicly as inspiration and use it in Horlams AI promotional materials after review. No payment is promised for this voluntary permission. You confirm that you have the necessary rights and consent of people depicted. Permission does not transfer ownership or apply to your other creations.

You may withdraw permission from your gallery to stop future use and remove the saved copy. Already distributed promotional materials or third-party copies may not be recoverable. Deleting your original does not itself withdraw permission; contact horlamsai@gmail.com if it is no longer in your gallery. We can reject or unpublish unsuitable submissions. Approval is not a guarantee of intellectual property rights.

Advertising and availability

Non-paying visitors may see advertisements once advertising is enabled. Customers who have bought credits are ad-free. We may change features and future pricing or suspend access for misuse, security or legal reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or a particular result from generation.

Responsibility and your legal rights

To the extent permitted by law, Horlams AI is provided as available and we are not responsible for indirect losses resulting from use, outages or reliance on AI output. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
