Who we are

Information we collect

• Account information: your email address, display name, optional profile photo, and sign-in information. If you choose Google sign-in, we receive the account details needed to create or access your account.
• Creative content: text prompts, uploaded photos, generated images and videos, and settings used to make them.
• Usage information: creation history, credit balances, payment references, and information about visits, device/browser, errors and security events.
• Support information: messages and details you send when contacting us.

Why we use your information

We use this information to operate your account, generate and save content, process credit purchases, prevent misuse, troubleshoot problems and respond to requests. Where applicable, we rely on providing the service you request, legal obligations, legitimate security interests or your consent for optional cookies.

Service providers and payments

We use Lovable Cloud to host and store account information and creations, AI providers to process prompts and photos, Google for optional sign-in, and Paystack for payments. Payment card details are handled by Paystack rather than stored by Horlams AI. Providers receive the information necessary for their services under their own terms and privacy policies. Processing may take place outside your country.

Do not upload sensitive information or photos you do not have permission to use.

Cookies, Google AdSense and analytics

Essential cookies and browser storage support sign-in, security and your cookie preferences. We plan to use Google AdSense to show advertisements and optional analytics to understand visits. Currently, ad spaces are placeholders; no AdSense advertising code or optional analytics is loaded by this update.

When enabled with the required permission, Google and its partners may use cookies or similar identifiers, IP addresses, browser information and advertising interactions to serve and measure ads. Advertising cookies may enable ads based on visits to this and other websites. You can accept, reject or separately choose advertising and analytics through Cookie settings in the footer. Rejecting optional cookies does not prevent you from using your account.

Storage, retention and security

We use access restrictions and private storage for account creations. No online service can guarantee absolute security. We keep information while needed for your account and service, support, security and legal recordkeeping. You can delete individual creations from your gallery or request account deletion by email. Some records may need to remain for payment, legal or fraud-prevention reasons.

Optional community showcase and adverts

Your creations are not automatically shared with other customers. You can choose a specific completed image or video in your gallery and explicitly allow Horlams AI to save a separate copy for public inspiration and Horlams AI adverts. Permission is optional and does not affect credits or account access. A permitted copy stays private until an authorized reviewer approves it. Public displays include the creation and its chosen title, not your email, account details or private prompt.

You can withdraw permission through Manage permission in your gallery. Withdrawal stops new use, removes the saved media copy and hides it from the site. Cached previews can take a short time to disappear; already distributed adverts or copies saved by others may not be recoverable. Deleting the original gallery item alone does not withdraw permission for the separate copy. If you deleted the original or need help, email horlamsai@gmail.com to withdraw permission. We retain a limited permission and review record for accountability, but not the withdrawn media copy once removal succeeds.

Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your information, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent. Email horlamsai@gmail.com to make a request. We may need to verify account ownership. You may also contact your local data protection authority.

Children and updates

Horlams AI is not intended for children under 18. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information. We may update this policy as the service changes; the date above identifies the current version.
